‘I can highly recommend Conway to you; he has handled the repair of our Stent house superbly. Everything he said he would do he got done. There were no hidden surprises or charges.’

Mr & Mrs Gresham,
Ockendon, Essex.

Call 0845 226 9892 for a free quotation, and one of our
experienced representatives will visit and explain how
easy it will be to transform your home into a brick house
for you to own. No deposit is required and we will assist
you with the completion of a ‘Right to buy’ form and
show you how the total package can be similar to your
current rent.

There is no obligation at this stage.

A surveyor from your local council will then pay you a visit to establish
the purchase price of your home. If your house is of PRC construction,
the price will be lower than a conventional house. You then have the choice
of accepting or appealing against the price. Premier PRC will advise you
accordingly and if necessary help you with the appeals process.

Throughout this time Premier PRC will be monitoring the progress and will
keep in touch.

There is no obligation at this stage.

When you have agreed a price with your local council, we will arrange for one of our Financial Consultants to visit your home to complete the paper work and go through the competitive mortgage packages available to you.

There is still no obligation at this stage.

When you have received a mortgage offer from the lender, Premier PRC will, with your consent, arrange for a solicitor to be appointed to put the wheels in motion for you to purchase your own home.

It is at this point that you have to make a decision to proceed.

When you have purchased your home, Premier PRC will arrange for one of our trusted and experienced building contractors to visit and discuss your choice of finish from a huge range of bricks, doors, windows etc. You will then be given a start date for work to begin on your home.

Premier PRC will monitor progress and deal with the builder on your behalf, and on completion of the build will appoint a structural engineer to inspect the work carried out. On receipt of the Completion Certificate we will carry out the accounting on your behalf.
