‘We had already taken advice from another company and were disappointed that we just could not afford to go ahead, but then we met Conway and in no time at all he had sorted it all out for us at a price we could afford. We highly recommend his services to others.’

Mr & Mrs Drake,
Millbrook, Southampton.

Why should you buy and repair
your council house?

Thousands of tenants have purchased their properties
since the Right to Buy scheme has been in existence.
If they bought their homes before 1984 they have
been able to get them repaired with funds from a
Government Grant.

Unfortunately that grant is no longer available and
many local Councils do not have funding available for
the repair of PRC homes.

However many local authorities are offering discounts
on the purchase of your rented property in its current condition.

Once repaired the property will be acceptable to most banks and
building societies, and this could significantly increase the value of
your home.

All works carried out by Premier PRC are to the highest standards
and are in compliance with the designs and specifications of
specialist engineers.

We have comprehensive experience with all types of non-standard
construction PRC properties, and you have the freedom to choose
the finish of the transformed property.

You still have the right to buy your council or housing association property – but for
how much longer?

You have the right to buy your house if you have been a council tenant for more than 2 years*. However discount entitlement in some areas has been slashed to just £16,000 maximum discount. Tenancy rules have also changed!

With over 15 years experience Premier PRC will advise you on all aspects of repairing and owning your PRC property, including your right to buy application and your discount entitlement.

CCJs or defaults, past rent arrears or bad credit history are no problem.

If you have no savings, don’t have a deposit, or are worried that you can’t afford the legal fees, no problem. Premier PRC will guide you every step of the way.

Remember we offer a 100% scheme.

Houses are mortgageable once the repairs have been carried out. The repair will make your home acceptable to major mortgage lenders.

Subject to status you will get a mortgage. Written quotations are available on request. Building insurance will be required. Your home is at risk if you do not keep up payments on a mortgage or other loan secured on it. *Depending on landlord and tenancy type.
